How to delete Destini data

If you can sign in to the Destini app, open Profile and select Delete Destini data. We email an eight-digit verification code to your account address; entering it deletes Destini data immediately.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your Destini account. Include the subject “Destini data deletion request” and the email address of the data you want deleted. We may request information needed to verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no way to restore this Destini data afterwards. The following are erased:

• Your profile: name, gender, and birth date, time and place
• Saved face and palm detailed reports, including the face and palm photographs uploaded with those reports
• Records of report and account emails sent to you
• Usage events and deletion-verification records recorded against your Destini account

BaZi, compatibility, I Ching, and naming results are not currently saved in your Destini account after the active browser session, so they are not retained as account records to recover or delete. You can clear an active reading from your device by closing it or clearing browser data.

What is kept

Your shared sign-in identity and email address remain so that data in other connected products is not deleted by a Destini-only request. If you return to Destini later, you can sign in again and create a new profile. Routine encrypted backups of our database are rotated automatically by our infrastructure provider; deleted Destini records are never restored into the live service.

Delete all product account data

This is a separate, irreversible request. It deletes the shared sign-in identity and data across connected products, including private Nox Jade dream readings. It requires an explicit all-products confirmation and email verification; it is never triggered by deleting Destini data alone.
